As of about mid-last week, I've got a site listing. Don't have access to it now (logged in from another computer), but I can check 2night for you.

I saw note about payment for the rally, how is it done? We registered way back for the park and this being our first rally we are not sure how space assignment works, is there more info somewhere that explains how it works?

Please note there is a typo in the above. The fee is $85 per person meaning $170 per couple. Sorry about the typo!

Do you want volunteers there Saturday or Sunday, or both? I have reservations for Sunday and Monday night, but can come by on Saturday afternoon or evening if needed.

Probably both Saturday & Sunday I won't start rounding volunteers up until after we arrive on Saturday & are set up on our site. We've got goodie bags to stuff with raffle tickets, brochures & other chotchkies, nametags to assemble, raffle prizes to open & tables/chairs to set up on our rally hall.

We'll have access to AC's office annex for stuffing bags & assembling the nametags, but I'm waiting to hear how soon we can get access to our rally hall to be able to set up for meals.

Thank you for your offer. You don't have to come early though. You can help out whenever you get there.

Just remember that Kathleen & I will be there all day Saturday, in fact we are arriving Friday night.

Therefore, if you need someone to do something before you get there, just let us know.

Thanks,
Ted

Thank you, Ted. I won't know exactly until I get there. Some stuff I'm bringing with me, some is being shipped direct to the campground.

We'll have a bit of work to do, but it should be taken care of in short order.

Exclamation To my volunteer peeps

Banning unforseen circumstances, Dave & I should roll into the campground late AM or early afternoon Saturday. When you see a grey Bounder w/NLOVNIT license plates on it (sorta like my avatar), that's us.

Laura Sue has been my contact at the campground. She's been a great help with our accomodations. If you see her, say HI & introduce yourself.

We'll have access to the office's annex room for both Saturday & Sunday so that's where we'll stuff the goodie bags, assemble the name badges, tally up the door prizes & strategize/assign tasks to you all for the week. This is also the location attendees will come to pick up those goodie bags/name badges after they check in with the campground.

Tentatively, meet me at the office annex at 3PM Saturday (can be earlier if we get to there earlier).

For those of you already there: enjoy. For those traveling: safe travels

See you there.

Thanks!
