Solar installers

I can't do this myself so I need professional help. Where are best installers?

We've used solar on two different rigs for 9 years. We're full timers, and boondock about 85% of the time. We had AM Solar in Springfield, OR do the install. We have never had a single issue (other than user error), with any of the installation, both systems worked flawlessly. I suggest you look at amsolar.com, read the education page, and talk to them about either kits, or them doing the install. Might be a good reason to see Oregon and the west coast!

AM Solar in Oregon, if you want the "full meal deal". These guys are top notch and did the installation on our newest rig.

Solar Mike (The Sun Works) at Slab City (Niland, CA). He does a great job and did the installation on our two previous rigs.

I've had varying reviews on the RV solar shops in Quartzsite -- good and bad depending who you talk to.

don't know which part of the country you are at, i heard am solar as above mentioned, and another shop in yuma arizona (don't know the exact name), are equally good. the person from the yuma shop is active in the forum of "go green", his id is "BatteryPro", a very knowledgeable guy. either of these two shops will do a good job for you.

i am not associated with any of them, and don't know batterypro personally.

Copied from Ramets post in from the same thread in a parallel universe:

"From your profile, you're in Wyoming. Can't help you there, but if you get to Florida, the one I would strongly recommend is www.palmerenergysystems.com He's located outside Mayo, Fl. And there's a very nice campground just up the road from him. I think it's called Suwanee River Rendezvous if I'm not mistaken. This guy doesn't just install panels, he designs the proper system for your particular needs. He really knows his stuff."

AM Solar did our install. We've been very pleased & have had no problems. They have an excellent reputation for good reason.

Marvin Braun of Precision RV has done my last two Airstream trailers. Latest one we did Lithium Batteries. Very meticulous. Clean professional installs. If you follow the WheelingIt.com blog he did the install on their MH.

Email is marv@precisionrv.com. Last I checked he was down in AZ but he travels for installs.
